Operators and venue owners are responsible for complying with applicable:

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss, damage or reasonable costs incurred by BrushBoarding as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of BrushBoarding’s intellectual-property rights, or material breach of these Terms.
This clause does not require you to indemnify BrushBoarding for loss caused by BrushBoarding’s own negligence, breach of law or wrongful conduct.

Changes applying to an existing customer order or contract remain subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of any mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to them.
